Transparency
Transparency is not optional in co-ownership management — it is a right. The law of 16 May 1975 clearly defines co-owners' right to access information and documents relating to their building. Our experience has shown that a well-informed community makes better decisions, resolves disagreements more calmly and builds lasting trust. Our objective is therefore to make this right effective in daily practice: accessible documents, understandable decisions and legible accounts for all those who have a legitimate need to consult them.
